First half of December....

Look who FINALLY started folding his arms for prayer :0)

Our little bit of snow that only lasted a few moments.  We headed out to play in it in our jammies before school.  Crazy??...a little...Fun??? YESSIREE!

The biggest surprise...the kids got Guinea Pigs for an early Christmas present!
Crazy???...YESIREE!!!
Didn't realize how much effort, time, and work it takes to take care of two little piggies.  This is Nutmeg and Lu-Lu.  They are sisters that we rescued from a shelter.  THey are adorable and a lot of fun but man, oh man I should have looked into this one a bit further.  We had promised the kids a dog but none of us want to leave a dog for a month and a half in a kennel over the summer.  Sooo...the guinea pigs are a compromise.  The kids LOVE them and they receive lots of attention.

Going to visit Father Christmas (Santa for all you US folks).  Tanner was so excited to talk to him.  Cade...not so much. The enjoyed walking through Santa's Grotto and seeing the fake snow on all the trees.  It was set back in the forest and a nice wooded walk.

Father Christmas in his warm and toasty log cabin.

Our Girlie-girls!

The London Temple...we went on a Saturday evening to the Visitor's Center to listen to a musical performance and to tour the grounds.

Working with Dad...every day Bryce works from home...Cade always tries to escape into Bryce's office to do work with him.  He loves to crawl up on his lap, puts on his headphones and starts typing on the computer.  So cute!
