Well.....let me count the ways. Added to the mall trips and pedis with Mom (no pictures unfortunately)
we can:
Swim at Mimi and Poppa's neighborhood pool,
Swing on the swing that Poppa hung up on a tree in their yard (so cool!),
Snuggle,
Celebrate 6 year old birthdays,
Meet Gus and Lola for the first time (Seriously, not sure who is cuter),
Go to Chuck E. Cheese,
Make peanut butter/pine cone bird feeders,
Snuggle with siblings,
Snuggle with Mimi,
Snuggle with siblings some more,
play outside and have a bottle of juice with Aunt Lesley,
Play basketball with Uncle Eric,
Sleep at the beach in a tent (oh the hardship),
Bury your sibling in sand,
Sun it with Poppa,
Giggle with your sister,
Go to parks and watch the ducks,
some more,
and some more,
Go to the County Fair on the hottest day and almost pass out,
Meet Mommy's Aunt and Uncle for the first time(how did I NOT get a picture with Pat?),
Catch up with college roomie, hubby and adorable daughter (and get to Skype with our other college roomie while eating Cold Stone Creamery). Pretty Awesome!
Head to the Zoo,
See the Armed Forces Museum out by the airport,
Chew on toes (does it get any better?)
Go Go Karting and play Putt Putt
And did I mention snuggle????? Because we did a LOT of that!
Even though we stayed for 5 weeks this summer, it seemed to fly by faster than the one summer we were only home for two. Between visiting Mimi and Poppa, traveling to Indy for drs. appts. and staying with Eric and Lesley (thanks again guys!), and kids being sick at different times, I feel like we were a hurricane descending upon my family leaving a path of destruction in our wake. I am most thankful that they love me so much!
Always great to go home to see everyone and Mimi and Poppa again outdid themselves. We left fat (some of us quite literally unfortunately) and happy. We can't wait until we see them around Christmas time and look forward to showing them around our new home in England.
